“The dress I received (the Riviera dress in lip print) is NOT the same dress as advertised on the website. The dress I received is made from a different material (more of a shiny, thin satin fabric that is almost see through) and is a different colour (the lips are hot pink vs the advertised red, and the main fabric is bright white vs the advertised more warm eggshell white). I have tried reaching out to Customer Service and they have ignored me for three business days, despite me following up twice. Such a scam.”
