“Love the look and feel of this clock. Stylish design, feels well made, and the sound quality is good. Overall I am very happy with it. It's not without flaws though, which I'm posting here in the hope that it will help improve my clock (firmware update?) and future iterations.
Its two drawbacks right now are (1) not enough *different* melodies and (2) night light triggers with vibration.
(1) From the promo videos I got the sense there was a very wide range of melodies, but it's actually pretty limited and you always get some variation of the "ooh ooh" melody (with/without vocals). For the price I would expect a wider range of melodies built-in beyond permutations of the same melody.
(2) The night light triggers with vibration, not just with tapping on the top of the clock. I have the clock on a shelf, and quite often when I put something on the shelf (especially if I'm tired and not very careful) it will trigger the night light.
TL;DR - love the design, good sound, need more melodies and more robust night light. Thanks!”
“I purchased this clock after years of looking for a "zen clock" that worked or another alternative non-digital-looking clock that didn't make horrible beeping noises. This clock does that well. What I'm not as impressed by is the user interface--I need to locate directions every time I want to set the alarm or the time--or the music itself. I remember the promo materials saying I wouldn't hear the same music twice but it either all sounds alike or I'm hearing the same music often. I remember that there was a plan for a store where you could get extra music but when I looked that wasn't true. I'd love to be able to change up the music on my own--perhaps that's possible but it's not intuitive.
So, yes, I like the gentler wakeup for sure and I love that there are no awful glowing letters staring me in the night. but I hope you're still working on improvements for V2.”

“More about the product than the company- the clock is nearly perfect. It is heavy and stable enough. The sensor is sensitive enough. The contrast between hands and face could be greater - sometimes it is hard to read the time from a distance or when only a lamp is on. I recommend buying this.”

“Really love the design and the intention to details - materials used, use of depth in the features, button feel and the noise of the clock when adjusting. The design fits well with our room decor and when we change the room style, the clock continues to "fit" in well. Would love more music selections. Haven't had to use the back-up power but glad it is there.”

“Gorgeous design. I hate waking up in the morning, and this clock made my mornings about 5% easier. So, not a huge change, but it is something.
My one complaint: To turn the light on to see what time it is in the middle of the night you have to tap the top of the box. I find that I have to slap it with medium force before the light goes on, and it feels risky slashing my hands around when I'm half awake and in the dark. I haven't smashed my water glass yet, but it's only a matter of time.”
“Full transparency, the clock is really not working these days - when we set the alarm sets in the AM it only "beeps" in the PM. we tried different outlets and different times but wasted our time and money. I hope they read this and can send us a new one.”
