“I've had to exchange my OneClock 3 times in the past year due to suddenly deciding to no longer function. Customer service has been great so far about honoring the warranty, but if this happens one more time, I'll be switching to a different clock entirely. I think most of us can agree that reliability is the most important trait an alarm clock should have, and the OneClock isn't even remotely reliable at this point. I set the alarm on my phone every day as a backup to be safe.
Additionally, I don't like the entire selection of music the alarms use, but there is nothing you can do about it due to it being random. I wish at the very least I could select from a pool of songs and remove the ones I don't like, such as the one with the person singing. Not my favorite way to wake up.”

“I truly love this clock. It's a much better way to wake up than a phone alarm or most alarm clocks. My only concern is that it lasted last than a year before conking out. The customer service and the warranty were great for a quick replacement, but I have concerns about the quality going forward (especially once it's out of warranty). For the price, it ought to last for YEARS.”

“So disappointed in this clock. I don’t know why it says you won’t hear the same tune. It plays the same 3-5 tunes and they are annoying. And they never ever wake me up. I can’t believe how much money I spent on such a useless brick.”

“I was beyond excited when I first saw the Kickstarter for OneClock. After receiving the clock, I was pleased with the sleek design and sturdy construction (so I thought). I recently noticed one of the feet fell off the clock and now it is not sitting as stable. In addition, it was advertised that you would never hear the same alarm twice and that is just not true. I hear the same alarm at least a few times a month. At the end of the day, I regret paying close to $200 for this clock. It really is nothing more than an aesthetically pleasing clock. I am happy to support a Kickstarter but think this one was just way overpriced for the product received. I do understand that the OneClock launched during a tough time with a global pandemic and did not base my review on the delays or supply shortages that caused this company to pivot and adjust where they sourced materials on the fly.”

“A clock that does only what it was meant to do in a world always trying to multi-task has been a breath of fresh air. Though I need to get better at not taking my cell phone into my bedroom I do enjoy the gentle sounds of waking up from this clock. Overtime, it'll only get better with age through the timeless design and quality selected materials.”
