“I bought this twill as a sample, along with a bunch of other fabrics I hope to make trousers from. I've been looking for punk style tartan trousers in my size for years with no luck, and as I've just inherited a sewing machine, I'm hoping to try making a few pairs of my own. The twill will be used for "split leg" trousers, the other leg being some kind of tartan, and feels like it'll be perfect for the pattern. The material feels high-quality and is a very good price per metre compared to some other sites I've been ordering samples from. The samples arrived with me very quickly, packed nicely and stapled to cards with the item info which will be handy to use as reference. Overall very happy with my sample purchase, hopefully I'll be able to make my main fabric purchase soon. :)”
