“I ordered 2 x camp wagons for Christmas presents for my family. I have had my own Oztrail Camp Wagon for a few years, and love it, as does my family. However, as much as I love the product, I believe delivery and customer service does not meet expectations. Despatch took days, even if the Web site says fast despatch, and the chosen delivery company, Border Express, left a lot to be desired when considering service, response, action or communication.”

“I purchased this trolley to use on our yacht. Well for when we come ashore...mostly to haul groceries and laundry around but it has also turned into a cart for my kid! We have only had it a week but have put it through it’s paces, up and down hills, on grass, uneven pavements etc...it’s ben great! My only negative comment is about the handle, it’s really hard to grip over long periods of time...I’ve seen other brands that have a “shovel” style handle which may work better...I will be adding a strap so that I can more easily pull!”
