“To my surprise the gazebo (when packed) is longer than the tray of my Ford Ranger. The weight is another surprise, it’s around 20kg. The frame is an unusual design and doesn’t run up the seams to reinforce the fly, so I’d question it’s ability to handle wind. I’ve only used it once, so time will tell.”

“I've bought numerous gazebos from OzTrail, but I doubt I will again! What I ordered and what I received were worlds apart. The way their website is arranged and that the cart seemed to exchange what was selected ofr what was available is confusing and does not provide for a good purchasing experience. When I contacted OzTrail's customer service to discuss what had happened, the agent was rude, only seemed focused on what he said we had to pay for the items to be returned and there would be a restocking fee - despite the fact we wanted the product we actually ordered rather than what we received. He was not interested. Now we have a gazebo bag that is too big for our gazebo and given we run multiple markets every week, we will be recommending another supplier to our fellow market stall holders. Very poor performance from an otherwise reputable company.”

“I got to use this on the weekend and was awesome. So sturdy and so easy to get up and down. Love the extra yellow framework inside as it stops the roof from flapping around and gathering water. Most of the market has OzTrail gazebos and for a reason. Highly recommend.”

“A fantastic product, strong and not too heavy. Only problem I have is getting the top back into the bag sleeve. Wish it could be made bigger or a seperate bigger bag made for the top.”
