“It's really cool with all the confetti and is well-made, but it's a thick plastic and stands straight up like a gnome hat. Tried to give it a little flop down and it makes a terrible crinkle sound when the material moves around and it fights to stay errect. I might try a heating gun to mold the plastic.”
