We take a lot of pride in supporting UK-based companies where we can as well as ensuring we work with the right factories, this is particularly important to achieve the best possible quality we can, as suitably as we can. This product is 100% full-grain leather and proudly handmade in England. Unfortunately, our prices have had to rise slightly due to the current economic climate and the rise of inflation. “Surely good quality leather (a little too easy to scratch for my liking), but I have a few observations to make. I love the "Decision Maker " coin, great touch and something that makes this piece somewhat unique; however, a spare coin addition would be desirable (and not that unreasonable, considering the price), 'cause it feels like it might slide very easily out of the pocket and it would be a shame to lose it. Another thing that I feel is not up to P&Co. standards is the front stitching; there is something 'off' about the ending on my wallet, it differs from the photos, but I guess I was just a little unlucky. Again though, it shouldn't be a matter of luck on a £75 premium piece.”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry you are completely happy with your Good At Bad Decisions Leather Wallet. I can confirm we use full grain leathers for our wallets, which is the highest grade of leather processing - none of the surface is corrected, or sanded & refinished, so its common to see natural fat lines, stretch marks & scars on the surface, as leather is a natural material. I have passed over your feedback on the idea of a second coin included within the wallet to our production team, and this will be taken into consideration. I can confirm we do now sell the coin individually to help any customer who may have misplaced the original. With regards to the stitching, we have not had any other customers reach out with any issues regarding this previously. If you believe there is a fault with yours, which is very rare as these are all quality checked, please email our customer service team at hello@pand.co and they will happily look into this for you.
