“Great feeling fleece with a regular fit to keep you warm and stylish. The arms where a bit on the shorter side though so keep that in mind.”

“This is a solid jacket. Everything about it is good from quality to the way it looks. My only issue is the sizing is a bit small. I’d like to get an exchange but unfortunately I can only get a return at the expense of the shipper which is me. I wish Free returns were offered for U.S. customers.”

Hey, We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us with a review. Thank you for your kind words about our Gower Fleece. We are so very sorry that we cannot currently offer free returns or exchange's at the moment, unfortunately as we are a small independent company this is not yet possible. We are looking at having a better returns solution in place for our customers which we hope to have implemented soon. I would recommend taking a look at the USPS website to find a cheaper option in the meantime. Here is a link to the USPS shipping calculator, which is what most of our US customers use https://postcalc.usps.com/Calculator On the rare occurrence we do have labelling issues so it is possible you may have received an incorrectly labelled item, please reach out to our Customer Service team if you believe this may be the case hello@pand.co they will happily take a look for you.
