Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced sizing problems with one of our products. We do recommend prior to buying measuring a favourite item of your own, and comparing those measurements to our Size Guide, alternatively we also have a Fit Quiz available for each product, which can further assist you in finding the perfect size. Our size guides are all regularly checked and updated by our product team reflective of any changes made in regard to fit. Based on your feedback, however, I will be sure to pass this on to the team so they can review where there may be changes that need to be made. If you do feel that your item did not match up to the measurements shown, please reach out to our customer service team with images of your item laid flat and clearly showing the tape measurement in the photo they can then pass this onto our product team for further review. Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry you were not happy with the sizing on our Carver Heavy Workwear Hoodie. We do provide a very detailed size guide for our customers along with a find 'Find your size' tool to help you find the perfect fit. Our customer service team are also available to further assist you with any queries you may have around the sizing of each product. In some very rare cases products have been incorrectly labelled, which is what I believe may have happened here.
