“I ordered the grey cord fatigue pants which were described in the description and illustrated in the images as a tapered leg. On receipt of the product and opening the parcel it was immediately clear that they were not a tapered fit and actually more like flares. I tried them on to check which confirmed they were definitely not as described. I was very disappointed as the quality of the garment and the service from P and co were superb. This includes the return process which was clear, simple and very quick.”

After further review with our product team sadly we have realised an error on our part which means our size guide, description and imagery are not currently reflective of the product in hand. Our Cord Fatigues have very recently been updated to a new fit, which are no longer tapered. We sincerely apologise for any disappointment this may have caused. This will be raised with the relevant teams and updated on our website accordingly. As this was an error on our part our customer service team has refunded you for your return cost. We always do our best to ensure the images on site reflect the true nature of each product as well as ensuring our description has the relevant information to help in regards to fit and sizing.
