“I purchased a shirt from the P&Co webshop a year ago, attracted by their impressive marketing which suggested high-quality clothing. However, after just six months, the expensive shirt started developing holes. I reached out to their customer service only after the shirt completely fell apart, and they informed me that I should have contacted them within six months of purchase, offering no assistance or compensation. This experience has revealed to me that P&Co is not a sustainable or responsible company. Their products are of poor quality and not built to last, contributing to waste and environmental harm. I would not recommend buying from P&Co if you are looking for durable, high-quality clothing.”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear you have experienced an issue with one of our products. We have a 6-month policy in place with allows us to offer a suitable solution within this time depending on the situation. As you have had this item for longer than 9 months, we are unable to determine how much wear the garment has undergone. This particular issue is not common and should not occur especially if the wash label instructions are followed accordingly and when washed on a low heat. As a company, we strive for quality in everything we do ensuring to work closely with our factories, some of which are B Corp Certified, to create the best clothing, as sustainably as we can. We understand our responsibility toward the environment and ensure that the greatest of efforts go into strengthening our commitment. We are also looking into the possibility of providing a repair service in the future, to reinforce the longevity of our products, as a small team we are aware there are still many areas we hope to improve in time. Hey, Thanks for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry to hear you are not happy with the print on this particular t-shirt. I can confirm that this is not a fault, and our acid wash t-shirts have been made slightly faded which can be seen in some of the imagery on site. Due to the nature of the acid wash, individual garments may appear more washed or faded than others, and some of the prints may look a little more distressed or vibrant than others, making each garment more unique. We have done our best to outline this in the product descriptions for all our acid wash styles. If you're still unhappy with this one please feel free to return this back to us for a full refund.
