“I love the fabric/print/style of these pants but after following the size chart very closely before placing an order they are significantly smaller than what I had been expecting so I’m a bit disappointed that I can’t wear them. They seem much smaller than the size chart indicated and no stretch in the fabric. The return policy is a bit too much of a headache for me to justify returning them so maybe I’ll gift them to someone who they will fit. I was really looking forward to rocking these pants.”

Hey,   Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your review. I am so sorry to hear that you have had issues with sizing in regards to our Fatigues. We very recently improved the fit to ensure that our Checkerboards offer a roomier and more relaxed fit, we understand however that this change hasn’t fully rectified issues regarding sizing. Due to this we are always listening and taking on board our customers feedback and when we feel it necessary will work to modify them accordingly. We have currently been looking at the option of adding elastane into to the cotton mix of these which would allow some stretch into the fabric, this is something that we may add in the near future. It is possible however that you may have experienced labelling errors on this occasion, if we could kindly ask you to reach out to our customer service team hello@pand.co they will happily look into this for you. As for returns we have very recently introduced a new way of returning. We offer a 30 days return policy, as we are aware that sometimes it's not perfect. We have opted for this to ensure flexibility, but keep emissions down with unnecessary & excessive returns. We are working on introducing instant refunds and exchanges to customers outside of the UK & EU, however, customers will currently be required to wait for returned goods to arrive at our warehouse to receive a refund. We have been looking at a better returns solution for our customers, which we hope to have implemented soon. Kind Regards, P&Co

“They look amazing! However, the sizing is slightly off, as my suggested size was UK8, I got both just in case and kept the UK10 and used the waist buttons to make it tighter. So I would recommend you to size up! They make your butt look great and this print definitely makes you stand out, super cool love them!”

“Not good. Measurements are terribly inacccurate and so is the sizing tool. Who measures pants by laying them flat just measuring the length, not the diameter around the hips and waist? I highly suggest avoiding this if you’re outside of the UK, because returning would be a nightmare. Horrible experience from a brand I thought was cool. Now I hope they stop serving me your ads.”

Hey, We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are so very sorry to hear that you have had issues with sizing in regards to our Fatigues. Recently we have improved the fit of our Checkerboard Fatigues to ensure that they are offer a roomier and relaxed fit, we understand however that this change hasn’t fully rectified the issues regarding sizing. Due to this we are always listening and taking on board customers feedback, so we can work to modify them accordingly. We are currently considering the possibility of adding elastane into to the cotton mix of these which would allow some stretch into the fabric, this is something that we may implement across the fatigues range in the future. We do our best to provide a detailed size guide for this product, we do note on our website that measurements are for the garment laid flat, so the measurements given for the waist would need to be doubled. If you do feel that your item did not match up to the measurements shown, I would recommend reaching out to our customer service team hello@pand.co they will happily look into whether there have been any labelling errors and provide a solution that works for you. Unfortunately we don’t currently offer free returns, as it is not yet possible, due to the fact that we are a small independent company. I would recommend taking a look at the USPS website for you which may provide a cheaper option when returning to us https://postcalc.usps.com/ We have been looking at a better returns solution for our overseas customers, which we hope to have implemented soon.
