“I love the look/design of the hat but it's a fairly "shallow" hat so it doesn't sit on my head very well. It feels like a strong wind would blow it off.”

“Once again, I love the colors on this one. Yet I’ve been observing an increasing drop in quality of caps in my last two purchases- the fabric is getting thinner and thinner, the size is getting smaller and just recently the adjusters on the back are now cheap plastic, instead of metal. Please go back to the quality of your older caps…”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the quality of our caps. Our products are all made with a conscious mindset and we aim to produce quality products as sustainably as we possibly can. To achieve this we ensure to work with the right factories that share our same vision and values. Factors such as material and fit can be changed either based on our customer's feedback or with the environment in mind. For example, we very recently switched to organic cotton to make our tees, as it is grown without pesticides or synthetic chemicals. On average, 62% less energy and 91% less water is used- producing 62% less CO2 compared to standard cotton. If changes to a product are implemented these are clearly outlined within our product description. Our 5 Panel Caps have an antique nickel buckle, these should not be plastic as you have mentioned. If possible could we kindly ask you to reach out to our Customer Service team with photo evidence of this, it is rare but occasionally products can be incorrectly labelled or can arrive incorrectly.
