“Really loved the idea of these and was excited to get a pant with a short inseam (5' 1.5"). The rise is standard and far too long for my petite frame, causing some unflattering sagging in the seat. Sad to have to return, both because they're so cool in theory and it is quite expensive for return shipping. On the plus side, the pants appear very well constructed, and the material is surprisingly stretchy.”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry to hear you were not happy with the sizing on these. We have done our best to provide a very detailed size guide for each product to help our customers better understand the sizing for each product. If you feel the item you received did not match up to the measurements shown, please reach out to our customer support team via the contact form on site. They will investigate any sizing errors further for you and will be able to offer a solution if there are any sizing intolerances. We are sorry to hear your return process was not as expected. Unfortunately, we are unable to currently offer free returns at the moment, this is something we are working on implementing in the future. We have very recently introduced a reduced cost of $25 for returns, however, a cost that is a considerable amount lower than the cost that customers paid previously. We have found that when customers are returning orders from the US with alternative couriers they are being charged anywhere between $80-$200 which is why we've spent time working on a better returns solution so that we take on some fees.
