Nice having an old-school, lightweight air gauge for the bike bag (no batteries). When using on presta valve, I find I need to take my time to make sure the attachment is screwed on all the way and that the stem is screwed in a little, but not too far. The gauge needs to be able to engage the stem. I bought several so I can have one for each bike and also for my car and pickup.

I needed a seperate tire gauge for my bicycles. This one is available at a good price and matches very well with my other Park Tools. So far seems to be pretty accurate.

This gauge has a separate presta adapter that screws on to a presta valve, and you push the gauge in to the adapter. There is nothing that makes a secure connection between adapter and gauge so, unless you do it perfectly, the action of pressing the gauge onto the adapter just opens the valve and you lose tire pressure. I would much prefer a native presta gauge that had (or did not have) a schrader adapter. And would pay ten times the price of this version. Also, the presta adapter is stored on the pen-clip when not in use. This means you can’t really use the pen-clip in your pocket, or attach it to anything, as the presta adapter is in the way. (I’m being objective with three stars. The value of it is five, of course.)

The enclosed presta adapter is somewhat difficult to use because it does not attach to the pressure gauge. Getting a proper reading takes several attempts.

It is pretty simple a schrader valve tire tester with a presta valve adaptor. I like the blue. Good quality, looks nice, light weight, over all great build quality, and a great price. Can we get a pure presta valve tire tester?

Got two of these for an amazing price! Carry one on the bike in case of a flat and keep the other one in the garage for testing the air pressure before rides. They are very accurate and within 2-3 psi when comparing with my pump gauges. The Presta adapter works effectively and results in smooth testing of the air pressures.
