“When I received this there was so much blue paint in the threads where the knob screws into adapter to fix itself to my repair stand I could not thread it into it when the adapter arrived.. I initially thought it was thread locker but it was overspray of paint. I had to work hard to eventually screw the fixing knob into its threads to dislodge the painted from the threads and now it works. Not what I expected from a park tool product. I and happy I did not strip the threads from the fixing knob. I had bought this as now I have bikes with thru axles/disc brakes and I did not wish to purchase a new repair stand.”

“Buyer beware! Not boost compatible. Plan to find 5 mm wide spacers at hardware store. Updating my stand to accommodate newer bikes yet boost is another modern bike upgrade.”

“Worked great on my stand and held my bike well. Would give it 5 stars if there was an adaptor for the 15mm to make it 110mm long, because it is not long enough for my MTB fork.”
