I have had this bike repair stand for a long time. It has served me well and held up well. I'm really glad to see that Park Tool provides repair components for their tools. It is awesome to see 20+ year old products with parts still available. Thank you. Great ordering and delivery experience too.

I was having problems selecting the proper replacement clamping pads for my PS-6 Park Tool work stand. I emailed for support. Within minutes, they gave me a link to an exploded parts diagram for my stand. And there they were, the pads were illustrated with part numbers. I bought two pair. A few days later, the pads arrived. The clamping side fit perfectly. I was thrilled. Unfortunately, the stationary side clamping pads do not fit. It has a cable groove that the original does not have. That did not concern me. But the problem is that the grooved stationary pad does not seat into the metal jaws properly. So I glued the old original pad into the metal stationary clamp. This is not a good work-around for me. But there is no better option. I would much rather have both pads that fit like the ones when the stand was new. I’m not sure that there is any recourse. I have not contacted their technical support yet. But I checked to make sure I ordered properly.

Hello Ken, There have been running changes that have happened on our tools. This can lead to the drawing not being completely correct as something changed due to customer demand. We do things a bit different now but im guessing your PCS-6 needs 467G pads. Here is another article that may be helpful. https://www.parktool.com/en-us/blog/repair-help/replacement-clamp-covers
