I have an older PCS-10 stand and wanted a cover for winter when the stand is not in use. I thought this would be a good solution. However the material is kind of thin and like others, I found the strap is too short (even when fully extended) to allow the bag to expand long enough to fit the stand. I felt that stretching the bag in an attempt to get the stand inserted was not a good idea. It felt like the zipper or material was going to fail. My solution was to cut the strap off and it allowed the bag to extend to a length that accommodates the stand. All my other Park Tool products are good, this one is not.

I don't like to speak ill of Park Tool, but this bag is not up to their usual standards. It's flimsy. The strap is too narrow for the weight its carrying. But most importantly, it's not, in any way, form fitting to the repair stand it's supposed to carry. That means the bag won't stand up or stack properly, like it does in the photograph. If there's a stand in Park Tool's catalogue that fits in this bag perfectly, then this item should only be recommended for that product. I was going to say it's better than nothing, but actually, if I just hefted the repair stand around like a sledgehammer at least I could see where all the edges and screws were. When the stand is in the bag, I can't tell the shape of it, which is just a stubbed toe or a bad poke waiting to happen.

I love my other Park Tool gear, but I can’t recommend this bag. I have a PCS 10.3 stand and wanted an easy way to carry it and keep it marginally safe from the elements. I purchased this bag straight from Park Tool and IMMEDIATELY the strap connection ripped. No problem. I returned it for a replacement, and the new one IMMEDIATELY began to tear in the same place. The bag itself is fine but the strap is far too short for the bag. I’ve fully extended it, but it still doesn’t allow the bag to fully lengthen. So, every time you put the stand in, it stresses the strap. I can’t figure out how this was good design. 2 stars instead of 1 because Park Tool support is great.

Good bag for storage. Wish the material was a little more robust. Wouldn’t travel with it.

i bought this for my pcs-10. i've had my '10 for something like 15 years (2007) and love it. over the years i also bought some official (snort!) park accessories for it. i don't remember whether park offered this bag back then, but i was looking for something to store the stand in. shortly after buying it i found an unused (new, with tags!) patio umbrella storage bag in a dumpster one day and grabbed it to see whether it would work. it has for all these years, but the cloth is starting to break down, hence this purchase in 2022. the nylon quality of workmanship is adequate for $25. there is no padding, but the zipper is a double-pull, and the strap is strong. i bought it for storage/keeping dirt, etc, off it, not taking it places.

The nylon material is very thin and the bag feels very cheaply made. The quality does not match the quality of the PRS-25 work stand that it meant to hold. I cannot see it lasting very long in the field. It is also a bit too short and will not allow the stand and clamp head to fit inside it without having to break the two parts down into separate pieces. It would have been better if it was slightly longer to accomodate the clamp head and stand fully installed and also a layer of padding to prevent accidental damage would be helpful.

It’s kinda flimsy, I was expecting a heavier weight nylon (or whatever it is). However, if you plan on traveling with your stand (as I do) it’s worth it. I have a PRS-25 with all the accessories: work tray, paper towel holder, handlebar holder. When taken down, everything will fit in the bag. That makes the organization part of my brain happy. If I’m being honest, it 3-star construction. But if you factor in the inexpensive cost and the practicality, it’s probably worth an extra star. We’ll see how it holds up.
