“Why my tool bb69.2 has 43mm internal diameter? Does not fit shimano bb52 as described on others Q&A. Any problem with this piece?”

The BBT-69.2 should have a minor inner diameter of 42.7mm and a major inner diameter of 44-45mm. If you are still concerned that there is something wrong with your BBT-69.2 I would recommend submitting a warranty claim on website.

“Bottom Bracket Tool – 16-Notch 44mm OD works very well. The cups I was removing were seized and the part tool was able to handle the high torque to remove the cups.”

“Very nice tool but doesn't work with rotor lockrings on internally geared hubs (at least Shimano Alfine 11 gear). The hub's axle fits inside the 3/8" wrench drive, leaving no room for the wrench. There are other tools like the BBT-9 but using a torque wrench would be nicer. That would be possible if the BBT-69 would be higher or have external hex wrench flats like some lockring removers.”

“Works great on BB servicing and is PERFECT as a receiver cup (using a socket as a drift) in a vice to remove BB bearings for service or replacement.”
