“Great set! Was recommended to me by another biker, and these brushes really work nicely to keep my bike clean. I get it filthy regularly, and this way I don't track dirt and mud and tree needles in the house as much. Plus, the special gear cleaning brush keeps my chain and derailleurs happy.”

“Brush set arrived very tightly packed in a box with multiple other heavier items, and as a result the bristles on a couple of the brushes were all smashed. I tried soaking them in hot water hoping it would relax the bristles, but unfortunately not. Haven't had a chance to actually use them yet.”

Hi Dennis, Sorry to hear about the damaged brushes. That sounds like a shipping/packing problem. I see that you ordered these from us directly so we are happy to send out replacement brushes as needed. Just let me know if you would like me to send them and I will place the order.
