“Assuming that the tool box for this kit would have som sort of pockets fixing the parts and keeping it organized was my mistake. Very disapointing to open the kit and realize that the box is just a big square with all part being loose inside. Not the premium experience I was expecting.”

“The tubes were not the same size in diameter exactly. One was enough off that there was no way to get the compression fitting on to the hose. The compression fitting was too long to use on my bike so I had to cut about 1/2 in off. It would be nice to include a shorter compression fitting.”

“Liebe potenzielle Käufer dieses Produktes und liebe Produktdesigner, ich kann Ihnen auf keinste Weise empfehlen, dieses Produkt zu kaufen. Als ich den Koffer, der an sich gut gefertigt und deren Inhalt auch komplett vollständig vorhanden war, öffnete, war ich sehr optimistisch, meine Bremsen entlüften zu können. Das habe ich im Endeffekt auch getan. Das anfänglich qualitativ hochwertig aussehende Kit hat sich am Ende dann doch als eher unzureichend, vor allem durch die schlechten Materialien, herausgestellt. Das das Schraubgewinde des Auffangbechers derart leicht abbricht und dann, wie in meinem Fall, in dem Gewinde der Bremse steckenbleibt, kann und will ich nicht als das Resultat eines hochwertigen Produktes ansehen. Eine gewisse Stabilität kann ich schließlich definitiv erwarten. Den Plastikrest, der dann im Gewinde steckte konnte man auch nicht mehr entfernen, er ist im Gegenteil in die Bremse gefallen. Das hat dazu geführt, dass ich mir eine neue Bremse kaufen musste. Zudem sind die Spritzen undicht. Ich bedanke mich recht herzlich für eine derart schlechte und unverantwortliche Verarbeitung. Ich habe mein Geld für ein schlechtes Produkt ausgegeben, bitte tun Sie das nicht! Die zwei Sterne gebe ich nur, weil es nur das Bechergewinde und zum Teil die Spritze war, die mich unstimmig gemacht haben. Der Rest hat glücklicherweise noch funktioniert.”

“I have a Riese & Muller Load 75, which I use almost daily for taking my son to and from school, going to the park, errands, etc. It's the minivan of bicycles and I absolutely love it! The company I purchased it from cannot get me in to do some maintenance and, most importantly, brake work for a few months, and I desperately needed some pads sooner than later. I've never worked with hydraulic brakes before, let alone 4-piston ones for a heavy, cumbersome cargo bicycle. Watching the Parktool YouTube videos helped me more than I can describe. Anyhow, I was able to change out the pads, but it was sticky, so I followed their advice from another video and cleaned the pistons, etc. However, I squeezed the brake lever a little too hard, knocked out one of the pistons, and I'm sure you can guess the frustration I felt! However, I busted out my handy ParkTool Bleed Kit, followed the video and got those things back up and running at a level indiscernible from brand new. Thanks Parktool!”
