“I had one of these for several years that worked perfectly: 5 stars. I work overseas so I purchased another to have in my second home. The second one I purchased lost a scroll pin and clip in the first few uses... popped out and fell in the grass, never to be seen again. Then I noticed that the other scroll pin was backing out as well. Seems like a quality control issue to me; 1 star. Of course, since I was overseas I couldn't return it and Park doesn't offer the scroll pin and clip as replacement parts. Wasteful.”

“Requires a bike stand to elevate the bicycle. This was a disappointment as it will not work properly by simply flipping your bicycle upside down, as many home mechanics do to work on their bike.”
