“I like the build of the chain scrubber, made out of metal but.... the retaining clip is loose and the scrubbing mechanism is not superior to the plastic chain scrubber ParkTool also makes. When I bought it, I thought that it was going to be way better than the plastic chain scrubber, but it wasn't really. I wish Park Tool revisits this piece of engineering and improve on the moving parts.”

“Doesn't work on my eBike! The tool is designed to work by rotating crank backwards while clasped in chain. E-bike crank/motor design doesn't allow for that. Simple solution is having the bolt on handle to be installed on either side.”

“I absolutely loved using this chain scrubber, although a chain is scrubber is just a scrubber I found that cleanup during and after went smoother as I was able to clean the unit and save on chain cleaner.”
