So far it’s doing a great job, but the brushes are loosing some of their bristles. Hopefully it’s just a few loose ones.

The chain scrubber is messy to use (use a plastic ground cloth), but it does a great job. Much better and faster than manually (brush) scrubbing or removing the chain. I found the Park Tool YouTube video on "How to Wash Your Bike" the best instruction for use of the scrubber. I wasn't totally convinced it would work as demonstrated, but was pleasantly surprised at how fast and thoroughly it cleaned my chain. I ended up buying most of the bike cleaning products recommended by the video (brush set, chain cleaner, solvent, chain gauge, and oil) and found them all very useful.

This product, when used with the dummy hub, is the optimum device for cleaning your chain and preparing the chain for lubrication.

Been using this for nearly a year and it cleans chains pretty good! I'd highly recommend this to anyone who rides a bike more than a few times a month, this extends the life of your chain and drivetrain components so you end up saving money

This is my fav bike tool! It makes keeping the chain clean simple, easy and effective. My wife and I re-entered cycling after too long a hiatus and wow have things changed. Took my new bike in for its tune-up and immediately chastised for poor chain lubing and maintenance. Tried all sorts of way to clean the chain and nothing was really effective. First time I used it, had to change the fluid 3 times! The chain was finally silver again. As I said wife rides also, giving me two chains to maintain and somehow she seems to hit every puddle and mud bog on the route. A quick spin through the scrubber, dry and re-lube and we're ready for the next ride. Pop [RIP] taught me, "the time to maintain your tools and toys is immediately after using so they are ready for the next time". This does the job, A+!

Been using this cleaning tool routinely for about two years and have noticed two problems: 1.) Inside the tool are three brush wheels, one larger than the others. This larger brush wheel commonly fails to spin during cleaning rendering it useless. 2.) The lid is held on by two metal clips that are themselves each held on by a tiny steel pin. These steel pins keep falling out again and again from both clips. Amazingly, I've been able to recover them every time, but I'm done playing "hunt for the pins." Either of these two issues is enough to now make me try a different chain cleaning tool from a competing source.
