“This is a nice tool for it's size and purpose. Better than similar chain tools of this size I've used. I am docking it 1 star with an explanation below, but I still highly recommend it if you're looking for a chain tool of this size. Before use, grab a 7mm box wrench and check the pin to make sure it's in securely. The first time I used mine the pin came out when trying to retract it from a chain link, which is why I give it 4 stars. It's an easy fix with a 7mm wrench and some thread lock (which I unfortunately do not currently have in my tool box), but shouldn't have been necessary on a brand new tool.”

“It works, although it is very difficult for me to complete the last few turns needed to break a chain. Knowing this now, I wish I had purchased a larger chain breaker with a longer lever arm.”
