“This was a super buy! I can't imagine cleaning a chain on the bike without it. It attaches quickly and keeps the chain on the sprockets especially while using the chain cleaner and while oiling. Sweet product. Worth every cent.”

“At first I wondered why it was priced so high, but when I received this tool I realized that it is made of metal. I like the robustness of the tool and the way it looks. Operating the tool is another story. It's very easy to install it on the bike, but I ran into a problem with mine. The plastic wheel is too narrow for the chain to properly rest into the tool. when I try to back pedal, the drive train binds up, preventing me from back pedaling the chain. I also noticed that the anodizing on the blue shaft had already worn off after the first use. This doesn't concern me as much as the failure of the tool to do what it was designed to do.”

“The usual Park Tool service was perfect. What I didn't expect was that the skewer spring snuck through the dropout and got mangled - and in the process the aluminum quick release of the DH-1 got gouged by the steel spring. I replaced the spring and added two washers (the second might be overkill), and, voila, everybody's playing together nicely. Add a washer (DH-1.1?) and you'll have a great, expectation exceeding, recommendable tool!”
