“The scale is offset by 15%, but cannot be adjusted. I reached out to probikekit, and had the worst experience in customer support for bike related parts ever. I received the same standard answer twice, promising me support from a specialist, which I never received. On my third try, and angry email, I received a pathetic response from the so-called specialist. I would give zero starts to the scale and especially to probikekit if I could.”

“I’m a big Park Tool fan but a little disappointed with the DS-1 scale. The scale measuring arm and link are thin and poor quality. I also found the scale to be inaccurate by a couple of pounds.”

“The scale does not wait long enough after applying the load to the hooks which results in wildly inaccurate measurements. If it had a setting for settling time or just waited longer than a half second it would be much more accurate.”
