“There must be some clever tricks to making this work as I expect it to. Everytime I go to use it, I have to pump many times before grease comes out. This is tiring and frustrating. I thought once the pump is primed w/grease, one push of the plunger and grease would come out. It doesn't work this way. I fully admit that it might be something I'm doing that's causing this issue, but I have no idea what. Just using the tube of grease by itself, with no pumping attachment, ends up being way easier (but more messy) and less frustrating.”

“Looked forward to getting my hands on this. First impression not good. The blue color did not match. The bottom part came lighter than the pump part. Not sure if that’s normal. Photos online show it with the same color. Pump works well.”

“The inside barrel reservoir was rusted. After I cleaned out the rust particles and added a piece of rubber on the inside barrel reservoir plunger to prevent the grease from coming out of the bottom. It works great now. But I should not have to fix the product.”
