“Honestly, I bought the tool AFTER I had already MacGuyver’d another tool to do the job. Once was enough! Use the right tool for the job and save yourself the headaches of clumsily making adjustments. It’s good to know I can always trust Park Tool to have the bike tool I need.”

“Finally removed the cup with flats; my 12 year old Schwinn bike's cup was frozen and had to be loosen with a chisel & hammer. The wrench worked after that but painful to grip with no handle covering; also kelp slipping off of the flats.”

“Very essential tool for a bike shop however it is extremely painful to use with very low engagement. An update is NEEDED to increase ergonomics and engagement. The HCW-5 falls along the same line.”
