“Delivery Nov.10,2023. I used to have a little leather pouch with a alot of separate "TAKE along Park tools", but I sold alot of them. This Multi/Folding tool is just what it is(all the RIGHT TOOLS that I NEED,"SRONG/COMPACT",for the only bicycle that I can have!!! My bicycle is a 2021 Giant "Escape 3, Disc, Giant calls it a City/Commuter bike, technically it is a "Hybrid/Fitness bike, I call it my Flatbar Porsche/Porsche/Fitness bike!!! I'm still keeping alot of my Park Tool Shop tools!!! With ALL MY HEART, MIND, And SOUL, THANK U Park Tool for this IB-3 Multi Tool/Folding Tool, everything looks good,all intact, everything works,again THANK U!!!!! 1,♿️, Marine Vet.,that has to do without a vehicle!!!”

“Screws bonding it together can't loose after 1 minute. The pin for breaking the chain is not flat or pointy, and gets a an angle so it jumps off the chainpin. The 2mm is not perfect size.. My first park tool, but might be my last. Disappointed.”

“This tool had a couple problems develop after I bought it. The first thing that happened was it fell apart in my pocket on a ride. The nut that holds all the tools together had wiggled off. I figured out how to get everything back together, and put some loctite on it, but still had issues with the nut coming loose every now and then, and everything flopping around without tension. The second thing that happened was the 1.5mm hex wrench got snapped off. The third thing that finally killed the tool was that the bolt that holds all the tools together bent while I was trying to use the 8mm hex wrench to tighten a loose crank on a ride. I also noticed that the spoke wrenches were not quite the right size for any of my bikes, but I already have a better shaped set I use anyways. In a pinch, this multitool will get you out.”

“Total garbage and a complete waste of material. The tool broke the first time I tried to use it - the plastic on the sliding parts tore off one one side and the 2mm hex tool snapped off at the base. Went in the bin directly - Do not buy this product. I was lucky not be stuck on the trail trying to fix my bike with this. Refunded but why make a product that is of such poor quality at all?”
