“Admittedly I've never had a need to own a bicycle repair stand before, however I recently purchased a 60lb +/- electric bicycle, and working on that thing without one turned out to be more than I choose to do. I did a good amount of research on these before pulling the trigger on this one, and after I got it assembled and could see the quality in construction and materials first hand, I can say with confidence that it's going to last longer than I have years left in cycling. I haven't needed to work on this bike in any position other then by the seat post in a normal upright position, and I don't know that I will ever need to test the stands versatility in 90-180 degree rotation, however... if necessary... I suspect this stand will handle it easily. Thanks Park Tool!! P.S. The only note I'll add is that some of the reviews I read, seem likely to have been written by people who didn't follow the assembly instructions, and found their situation required more force on the parts then they're designed to handle. Make SURE you follow the included instructions OR better yet check out Park Tool's very helpful YouTube Channel which has video showing step by step How To.”

“Received my 10.2 repair stand and put it together in about 45 min. All parts arrived in perfect condition with excellent step-by-step instructions for the build. I was struck by how sturdy this stand felt. The steel posts and the top mechanism for the clamp were "beefy". I was concerned that the stand would be sufficient for my use, but that concern was gone as soon as I began the assembly. Very pleased on Day 1. I anticipate this unit to be used for years to come.”

“Easy to put together, easy to use. Looks good, works great. I use thie stand for my road bike and my mountain bike. Holds both at multiple angles and can be clamped easily on the top tube or seat post. Living in a 1 bedroom apartment it's nice to be able to fold away. It spends most of its time as a display in my living room though cause it just looks so cool. Love it”
