“The instructions for assembly is the biggest glitch. I suspect it's a failure to communicate between legal and technical writing departments. It involves part number 33 "Safety Collar". While 6 of the 7 assembly steps include pictures with every part, nut, and bolt called out, step 3 only refers to "#33 collar", found on the part number page to actually be a collar plus mystery bolt and nut, to be found by pprocess of elimination. I found the value of that extra collar after trying to mount the bike to a loosely assembled stand. Properly tightened, it easily holds my 55 pound eBike.”

“I have a similar problem to Wes C. above. It seems my stand was shipped without the hardware or the instructions, which I'm assuming come in the same bag. The stand was purchased from Jenson. Is this something I need to go to them for, or will Park take care of it?”

“Really solid piece of equipment! This was Park Tool's lowest prices repair stand. Can't imagine how you would need anything beyond this. Legs fold up for easy transport. It holds the old steel cruiser bikes with no problem. Company tech support was knowledgeable and walked me through my assembly questions. I'd buy another one but this one will last a lifetime!”
