“Needed customer service with this product, and it was there immediately, one of the ball bearings that keeps the sliding bar from coming out was damaged in the shipment. Sent in a service request with pictures and the part was replaced. Only used for a couple of weeks and so far no issues, easy to grip and have leverage, so be carefully to not over torque, but I would rather be in that situation then have a bent tool. One recommendation would be for the holder to be magnetic and screw mountable so you could affix to the outside of a tool box or on the molle rack.”

“i was unaware of these tools till i had used some from a friend, i have the traditional T-handle tool but these are a giant leap in functionality with sliding T-handle and the free spinning sleeve, and the Park Tool quality”
