“Agree with previous review citing the exposed metal tip design flaw. It very easily and consistently damages rim tape. Broke one of these levers on a heavy duty casing MTB tire. It's not as strong as advertised definitely. Don't expect Park to refund/replace, they will merely cite normal wear & tear. Lifetime warranty is sub-par.”

“Slim and rigid could make it a must BUT i can't wrap my mind about how someone thought leaving the metal core bare could be a good idea. It is rough at the edge, and will destroy anything that comes in contact with it. I'm not ham-fisted, have built bikes for a decade, yet I have scratched my rim, pierce tubes and even the rim tape. Lucky in a way i didn't try it on my carbon rims first... I would re-purpose it as a bottle opener if i didnt' already own Park Tool's BO-2...”

“I have an old tire and wheel from the 1940's and it is super hard to seat. With the help of some talcum powder and these levers, I got the tire mounted.”
