“Extraordinary product although you might want to consider storing such items differently to avoid chemical smells in the fabric. My purchase was supposed to be a gift so I unwrapped the scarf to make sure everything was ok. This is when I noticed a very strong chemical smell: I had to air the scarf out a certain number of days to get rid of the smell (...and get rid of the original wrapping..). That being said, once the smell disappeared for good, I was able to give the scarf to my friend whom the gift was intended for and she was delighted by the craftmanship.”
We apologize for the same, Perhaps its to do with the Fedex packaging & adhesives that is used. We have already changed our packaging material so that, the problem never ocurrs again for any of our shipments.
