“Finally. Chicken like I had growing up in the 60’s. Flavorful, tender, juicy skin on!! There is no chicken like this in the stores. All I did was coat the skin with some avocado oil, salt and pepper, bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes and I had the most flavorful, juicy chicken without having to smother in sauces or spices. Wonderful!”
