“A bit smaller than conventionally raised, but delicious and denser texture. I assume that's because these chickens actually get to move around. Very pleased with the product and with the mission of this farm. Very pleased with product. I will buy again.”
“What I have noticed so far regarding the boneless chicken thighs is that they are extremely thin and hard to not overcook. One of the reasons I buy thighs is because dark meat is tastier and juicier and these are so thin and almost pieced together which defeats the whole purpose of me buying thighs.”
