“I recently was able to get an order of chicken livers -- they had sold out the first time I tried to order. The livers are beautiful and delicious! I am having fun trying some classic and some new recipes with them. The only improvement I can suggest would be to package them in smaller amounts to help smaller households enjoy them at their peak. I now have to defrost and cook nearly 2 pounds at a time. We can only eat less than half the batch without my having to freeze most of the cooked livers. They are still delicious, but it changes their texture when I defrost them.”
