“I have a number of big muff style pedals from highly regarded boutique builders, that I've been relatively happy with over the years, albeit none have been 100% what I've been searching for. I hope my search is now over with the blue-violet Caprid. The biggest difference I note, is it just sounds fuller & fatter overall. I assume that's what people want from a muff pedal. The only caveat here is it's BIG. Whilst I knew it was roughly two Boss style pedals in size, I didn't factor it's also longer. So, you will need the real estate on your pedalboard.
Matt and team were great as always and sent it out the same day (which happened to be on the weekend). As one expects it was very well packed, alas that's not always the case at other retailers.
