“This is a tiny, powerful device and it did just what I wanted - to plug into the BOSS RC-500's foot switch to control functions that the RC-500 won't let you control via MIDI. It seems crazy that I can't stop a loop on the RC-500 with a MIDI command, but by using the Pirate MIDI CLiCK - I have it stopping the loop perfectly. Before purchasing, I contacted Pirate MIDI themselves to check some features and they were very responsive.
All in all .. a very simple purchase made easier by Pirate MIDI and the fast, efficient ordering service of Pedal Empire.”
“Compact in size and works well, however, you will need to be able to send the MIDI CLiCK MIDI CC commands in order to configure the device to your needs. There are other devices that provide software or a web interface to configure their devices hence only 4 stars.”
