“These pillows were definitely not medium-soft. They were more like medium-hard, and the pillow covering isn't soft either, making a crackly sound every time you move your head. Expensive for what they are. I cannot recommend these pillows.”
Hi, really sorry to hear you weren't happy with your pillow. We spend a lot of time and testing when writing our pillow descriptions but comfort is subjective and one persons soft may be another's firm! We're sorry you didn't feel we got this one right.
