Hi Chadwick, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. Really sorry to hear the pillows didn't live up to expectations, the Hotel Luxury pillow is a fan favourite but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just doesn't work.
“Paid for 4 luxury pillows, nothing luxury about them ... could have bought same quality for much cheaper from asda... I got intouch with them they asked if I had unzipped the pillow bags and because I had, ( not even touched them but opened the zip) they wouldn't take them back ...stay well clear of them...their customer service is a joke”
Hi Wildon, really sorry to hear your pillows didn't live up to expectations. It is industry standard not to accept returns on opened pillows, this is for hygiene and safety reasons.
