Hi Nasrin, really sorry to hear you weren't happy with your pillow. We have got lots of great reviews on these pillows but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a perfect fit. It is industry standard to not accept returns on pillows that have been opened due to hygiene reasons, we hope you can understand.
“Purchased 4 pillows, 2 for my daughter and 2 for myself. Both of us suffer with our necks and backs. I was excited to try these having read the reviews. They're OK, though I can't say either of us have noticed a huge improvement with regards to pain.
I don't like the fact that, for £100, no pillow cases are included. They don't fit into a standard pillow case, so not sure what I'm going to do. I guess I'll have to keep looking in hopes of finding something suitable to cover them.
The pillows are fairly comfortable and I'm able to get away with using just one.
Would I recommend? I'm not sure. They are expensive but I'm hoping, as I get used to them, I'll begin to notice a difference, so yes I probably would.”

Regarding the pillowcase, the Sealy Side Sleeper Pillow does have a unique design, that makes it fuller than a standard pillow, but It measures at 45 x 75 cm which is standard sizing. But please call our helpline at 0333 577 0144 if you require any further assistance.
