“It's a lovely pillow, mice and comfortable for my painful neck. However unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell to it. Kind of chemically. After I noticed the smell I looked at reviews of the same pillow and several other people say the same thing. I am still using it st night but it's not very nice smelling it when I'm trying to sleep. I'm hoping the smell will dissipate over time.”
Hi - The Silentnight Orthopaedic pillow is memory foam so can occasionally have a new foam smell for a while - we recommend leaving out of its pillow case throughout the day and it will very soon be dissipate. Do let us know if the issue continues. Happy sleeping Zzz
