Our Tempur pillows are one of our best selling brands, and the Cloud pillow you purchased is our best selling pillow so it's not often we get feedback like this. Tempur have their own unique blend of memory foam, and the particular pillow you purchased was the softer version so will naturally have less filling and be a flatter pillow perfect for front and side sleepers. We can't accept returns on opened or used product, this is industry standard and is put in place to protect all our customers. Our returns policy is stated clearly on our T&Cs but we will do better to make this clearer so we can manage expectations pre-purchase. Thanks for your feedback.
