It takes a while to get to used to if you've never used a latex pillow before.
The edge really helps to lift your head and support your neck.
Neck pain has definitely reduced, but moreover as an added bonus, I've stopped snoring! The product didn't specifically call out anti-snore benefits but I track my sleep each night and have seen snoring minutes reduce from 30mins per night to 0-1 min per night.
