“Mixed feelings with this phone, overall it's been decent but it seems to be glitchy a lot and I'm not sure if that's the phone or the pinwheel software. It's really annoying to constantly get pinwheel location notifications and not be able to turn them off, even after contacting customer support. The group messages haven't been working consistently for my daughter so we don't know when she's missing messages. The camera isn't the greatest either. But at the time, it was the best option from pinwheel. We might upgrade down the road. This is better than handing my daughter a regular smartphone, for which I'm grateful, but I cannot say it's been a great experience so far.”

“This phone was just perfect for our family. I don't check the texts all the time, but I love that I can check them out. It allows me to coach her on appropriate conversations and kind words, as needed. She loves the apps and being able to reach out to friends.”

“The phone is good but the text message app is a little bothersome. Creating group texts is challening. You can't search text on this phone, and from time to time when I try to start a new text is says "no contacts found" even though I have contacts. I have to restart my phone and then it allows me to start a new text. Also, it's hard to go between apps. With other phones you can go back and forth between apps easily by using clicking on the three lines on the bottoms of the screen. I would also recommend adding a default weather app.”

“Good smartphone. The only complaint is that the camera doesn't offer a .5 size when taking photos. My teen wishes it was an iPhone, or at the very least that it looked like one.”

“Love the phone! I’m an iPhone girl, so it was a steep learning curve, tbh. And I wish some things were a bit more granular like screen brightness and such, but overall love the phone for my granddaughter.”
