“I had to set the correct time on the pocket watch I ordered which was a bit nerve racking as it's a delicate process! I am new to pocket watches so not sure if they all come without the time being set but had to research how to do this. Apart from that I am happy with my order and the service.”

“Great product, well represented on website. Arrived in immaculate condition. Only comment is product warranty / leaflet doesn't actually fit in gift box which seems a bit counter intutive as it is a fraction too big...tiny thing though which product/ brand should address.”
