“I have not seen the goods as they were a special birthday gift sent direct to the recipient's address (in the UK). His wife took control of the package, intending to wrap it on my behalf, and she informed me that the watch was fine and the required engraving perfect. However, the problem was that the invoice was included. With a gift this was obviously not desirable. I had set up an account with my own address as the billing address and the recipient's address as the delivery address. I therefore assumed, not illogically, that the bill would come to me and the gift (alone) would go to the recipient. It was also clear from the nature of the engraving that the watch was a gift. When I contacted the seller about this there was no apology and I was told that it was impossible to separate bills from items due to the number of purchases dealt with every day. I should have specified my request on part of the order, which I had no idea was possible or necessary. I also rather objected to the very informal way in which I was addressed by the staff (in personal e-mails) and in automated confirmation e-mails. I was told there was nothing that could be done about this. From what I have heard, the gift is fine and the (free) engraving well done. So, good value for money. The only problem was over the invoice and then the very sullen and unhelpful response that I received when I brought this matter to the attention of the seller. I would have undoubtedly made future purchases from this seller, but I am not sure that I will now, due to the attitude I encountered.”

“This product was bought for my son to wear on his wedding day and as a keepsake so it won't be used for a few months yet but I know it will look very smart on his wedding suit, I can't review it mechanically for that reason hence the reason for good rating. But the look a feel of the watch is lovely there isn't anything I don't like about this product as yet.”
